Hire refunds or change of mind policy:
Our full refund and change of mind policy can be found in our terms and conditions, but here is a shortened simplified version of cancellation or change of circumstance. Please note all hire is PREPAID.
1) We do refund for cancelling advanced hire bookings for any reason up to the hire date of when the hire item has not been dispatched less an administration fee of $22.00
2) When the devise has been dispatched there are no refunds for change of mind or change of circumstances or for returning the hire item early.
If you are unsure of the time needed, it’s best to book for a shorter time and extend when needed
