The hire self propelling (Standard duty) Folding Wheelchairs are similar to he model shown above. Featuring large rear wheels, These wheelchairs allow users to move independently using hand propulsion. Total weight 20kg Net weight parts detached 12kg. Maximum weight carrying capacity 100 kgs.	Our hire standard duty folding transit are designed to be pushed from behind by a carer or attendant. With smaller wheels they are lighter and more compact, easier to transport & store. Total gross weight 15kg Net weight with parts detached 9kg. Maximum weight carrying capacity 100 kgs.
Similarly our hire heavy duty self propelling folding wheelchairs are built for strength and convenience. They have detachable swing-away leg-rests and detachable armrests. With a wider 50cm (20″) seat and a reinforced frame they provide increased support and stability for a higher weight capacity. This wheelchair has a gross weight of 24 kgs. Maximum user weight carrying capacity of 160 kgs	The Bariatric Hire Heavy Duty Transit Folding Wheelchairs look like this one above. They have a wider 55cm (22″) seat width with a robust reinforced frame. They fold for transportation but must be pushed by the attendant only. They have parking brakes located at the rear wheels. This wheelchair has a gross weight of 22 kgs and the maximum user weight is 180 kgs

Standard Wheelchair Hire Rates

• A minimum hire fee of $39.00 applies for rentals between 1 to 7 days.
• There after from day 8 onwards, hire is charged at only $35.00 per calendar week.
• Alternatively a monthly rate of $129.00 per calendar month is available in the one booking period. (equivalent at approximately $32.25 per week or only $4.30 per day)

Bariatric Heavy Duty Wheelchair Hire Rates:

• A minimum fee of $59.00 applies to rentals between 1 to 7 days
• Starting from day 8, hire is then charged in weekly blocks at $55.00 per week.
• Alternatively a monthly rate of $210.00 is available per calendar month in the one booking period. (equivalent at approximately $52.50 per week or only $7.50 per day)

Optional Extras Pricing

Elevating Leg Rests for the Self propelling wheelchairs only:

• $5.00 per week per side LH or RH or $10 per week per pair
• $15.00 per month per side LH or RH or $30.00 per month per pair.

Delivery and Pickup

Collection and return of the hire equipment is available from our showroom located at 26/12 Cecil Rd Hornsby NSW (Norther Sydney Suburb)

Please note that we are unable to offer a delivery or pick up service for manual rental equipment. All hire equipment is to be collected & returned by the customer or authorised representative at our Hornsby showroom.
