The Topro Rollator Drag brake is a device that attaches to the Topro Range of walkers to assist in reducing the speed of the walker when walking. The Topro Roll Resistance System provides continuous resistance to the rear wheels of the walker via a wheel, the tension can be easily adjusted with the knob next to the wheel. This benefits users who need that extra resistance and aids the walker from getting to away from them. The attachment is sold in pairs and can be mounted with easily without tools. The devise can be mounted on the upper or lower side of the wheel according to preference.
