Roland Priestley Mobility Centre attempts to price our products competitively and in most cases offer a lower price to our competitors. Sometimes you may find a cheaper price elsewhere. We will price match or better any genuine advertised price from any bricks and mortar store with the following conditions:
- Price match must be above our buy price from our supplier including any freight costs
- We do not price match eBay, Gumtree or marketplace listings, or any virtual on line stores who do not advertise a physical address for their business.
- We do not match price Google search listings prices, as these prices on the search listings are sometimes outdated, the price has to come from the website itself.
- Item must be identical and brand new with factory warranty from Australian distributor
- We do not price match any overseas prices, must be Australian.
- Price match must include delivery costs to customer from the competitor
- Price match must be a stocked item by the competitor and available immediately
- If we price match there is no return for change of mind or unsuitability, the sale is final. Consumer protections still apply if the item is faulty or not as described etc.
- Price match must be made BEFORE purchase, no refund will be provided if you find a cheaper price after purchase.
- Proof of competitors cheaper price must be established.
